The forms are filled out. The deposit is paid. The flight is booked. It’s official, folks – I’m studying abroad!
For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Natalia, and I’m a junior at American University in Washington, D.C studying Public Communication. This fall, I’ll be heading across the Atlantic to spend my semester at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad in Copenhagen, Denmark. While this may not be the most typical study abroad destination (I’m looking at you, France), I’m so excited to learn and live in the happiest country on Earth.
Through this blog, I hope to show friends, family, and future DIS students at least a tiny sliver of what it is like to live as a student in Copenhagen, and share all this semesters adventures in Denmark and beyond. And I can’t wait to get started.
